Voted as the best coach in D2 by its players and coaches, this trophy rewards the work done by Vincent Nogueira whose team leads the league with two rounds remaining, having been promoted following a win over Le Mans on Sunday.
Arriving in the summer of 2020 while the club was preparing to make its debut in D2, Vincent Nogueira is now completing his fourth season in charge of Racing’s women’s team. Under his command, the team has always progressed in the table and in the way they play, finishing seventh in 2020-2021, fifth in 2021-2022 and then third in 2022-2023.
