The Sporting Association acts as a support system for RC Strasbourg. It is affiliated to the French Football Federation and thus it is in charge of the registration of the professional teams to all competitions. It also manages the Racing Mutest Académie (Youth Academy) and oversees all the youth teams.
The Sporting Association is made up of thirteen board members including: Patrick Spielmann (President), André Bohn (General Secretary), Pierre-Olivier Schmidt (Treasurer), Jean-Marc Butterlin, Pascal Diss, Jean-Marie Feltz, Michel Hussherr, Ernest Jacky, Maxime Knoch, Vicent Leopold, Francis Schillio, Dominique Schlotter and Léonard Specht.
