The 2 Racing Mutest Académie boarders were hoping to emulate their compatriots Tom Saettel and Zoumana Diallo, European U17 champions in 2022. But they fell in the final, once again to Germany, against whom they had lost 3-1. This time it was on penalties, after a goalless draw during regulation time (0-0, 4-5 tab).
During the competition, Nolan Ferro started every game as a regular, playing the full match on 2 occasions, including the final. Tidiane Diallo played in 3 matches, including the quarter-final, which he started as a starter before giving up his place on the hour mark.
A big well done to the Bleuets and particularly to our 2 Bleu&Blancs for this fine run and this fine silver medal!
