He arrived at Racing Mutest Académie in January 2021 and then was integrated into the first team in March. Moïse Sahi-Dion made his first appearance in Strasbourg colours a month later away to Girondins de Bordeaux. He scored his first professional goal the following week against Paris Sain-Germain.
In the 2022/2023 season, he joined FC Annecy on loan, where he played in 36 games in Ligue 2 BKT, scoring 15 goals. He also scored 5 times in the last edition of the Coupe de France, finishing joint-top scorer and thus contributing to a fine run by Annecy, who reached the semi-finals.
