Racing Club de Strasbourg Alsace and IMT Belgrade have reached an agreement for the transfer of Serbian striker Milos Lukovic, who has joined on a four-and-a-half-year contract, until June 2028. He will be loaned back to his former club until the end of the season.
Milos Lukovic (18 years old, 1.84 m) began his career at IMT Belgrade before making his first international appearances with the Serbian U-21 team (3 caps) in September 2022. This season, he has already scored ten goals (48% of shots on target converted) and delivered one assist in 19 league matches.
A great promise in European football, Milos Lukovic is a very unselfish central striker who likes to combine with his teammates. Before him, three Serbian players have worn the colors of the club: Danijel Ljuboja, Milovan Sikimic and Stefan Mitrovic.
“Milos is a very talented striker who has attracted the interest of many clubs. We are happy to see him sign with us on a long-term contract. It was important that he was able to continue his good momentum at his club before joining us for next season,” said Marc Keller, President of the Racing Club de Strasbourg Alsace.
“Captain of his team at only 18 years old and youngest in his age group with the U-21s, Milos Lukovic is a precocious player that we have followed since his debut.
