On June 22nd, 2023 before the French National Management Control Department of the LFP, the directors of Racing Club de Strasbourg Alsace, accompanied by the representatives of the new shareholder, presented the club’s accounts for the past season 2022-2023, but above all the budget for the 2023-2024 season, taking into account the new investments.
According to the regulations in force, which specifies that any changes in capital must be accompanied by an in-depth analysis by the DNCG, the bodyhad therefore logically pronounced a “stay of proceedings”.
After reviewing the information provided following the legal closure of the operation, the DNCG has therefore validated today without reservation the budget presented as well as the process of taking over Racing Club de Strasbourg Alsace.
