Alain Plet, RCSA Deputy General Manager underlined: “Through this initiative, Racing, a major player in the region and aware of its social responsibility, is coming together in support of professional integration and the fight against unemployment.”
Éric Picoux, Sofitex General Manager added: “This is a very important event for candidates but also for companies – especially in this particular moment in time – where we’re experiencing a real shortage in terms of recruitment.”
More than 50 companies were present throughout the day in two reception areas of the stadium and more than 2,000 positions to be filled on permanent contracts, fixed-term contracts or temporary assignments were on offer, some of them in active connection with Racing, which is allowed to employ nearly 800 people each home game in different sectors of employment.
Based on the model of ‘speed dating’ and its short exchanges, this Job Dating Racing forum allowed a simple and effective connection between recruiters and candidates seeking employment, employees listening to new opportunities or looking for training, students and young graduates. An event which, canceled for the past two years due to Covid-19, is set to continue.
