Health PASS

Since January 24, 2022, the Sanitary Pass has become the Vaccinal Pass for all persons over the age of 16. Thus to date, access to the Meinau Stadium is granted under the following conditions:

–> with a valid a vaccination pass for persons over 16;

–> with a valid a health pass for minors over 12 years old and up to 16 years old;

In both cases, you must be able to present proof of identity containing first name, last name, date of birth and photo.

You are over 16

Any spectator over the age of 16 will be authorized to enter the stadium upon presentation of one of the following (spectator’s choice):

  • Vaccination certification (complete vaccination schedule, booster dose included);
  • Official certificate proving your recovery (RT-PCR or positive antigen test for more than 11 days and less than 6 months).
  • Official certificate of contraindication to vaccination.

In addition, an exemption allowing the use of a negative test certificate dated less than 24 hours (time of sampling) as part of the “vaccination pass” will be possible until February 15 for people who have received their first dose of vaccine, in waiting for their second dose.

You are between 12 and 15 years old

Any spectator minor over the age of 12 will be authorized to enter the stadium upon presentation of one of the following (spectator’s choice):

  • Official RT-PCR or antigenic test certificate less than 24 hours old (from the date and time of the sample),
  • Vaccination certification (complete vaccination schedule, booster dose included);
  • Official certificate proving your recovery (RT-PCR or positive antigen test for more than 11 days and less than 6 months).

For minors under 12, the vaccination or health pass does not apply.

Recommendations

Your vaccination pass should preferably be presented via the TousAntiCovid application.

A QR code is mandatory on all supporting documents, even in paper format.

TIP! We invite you to download the TousAntiCovid Verif application in order to test the validity of your QR Code yourself to date.

Disability or period of isolation

In the event that access to the stadium is refused for reasons of invalidity of the vaccination pass, no total or partial refund can be requested.

Similarly, and despite a situation beyond your control, you will not be able to claim even partial reimbursement in the event that you are forced to a period of isolation (following a trip, identified as a contact case, or other).

For 2021/2022 season ticket holders, we invite you to use the reserved services such as resale (available for the COMFORT & PREMIUM ranges only) or loan. The latter is accessible to any season ticket holder three times per season via your online account.

Wearing a mask is compulsory for anyone over the age of 6 around and within the Meinau Stadium. Each participant is also asked to respect preventative measures when coming to the stadium.

For season 2021-2022 season ticket holders

Special conditions of access in reduced gauges of spectators

The season ticketss for the 2021/2022 season includes the 19 French Ligue 1 Uber Eats championship matches organized at the Meinau Stadium. Due to the health context, government directives may impose restrictions on the number of spectators admitted into the stadiums. Racing will therefore have to adapt through specific conditions:

  • In the event that a match cannot accommodate all of the subscribers (in camera or partial gauge), each subscriber will have priority access to the match ticket office.
  • Any subscriber will be reimbursed up to 1/19th of the value of his subscription for each match he was unable to attend for these reasons.

Repayment Terms

  • If the season tickets have been paid in full (on the Internet by credit card or direct debit, at the stadium ticket offices by direct debit), reimbursement for the matches concerned will be automatic at the beginning of the following month at the latest, starting end of September 2021.
  • If the season tickets have been paid by direct debit in 3 payments free of charge (on the Internet or at the stadium ticket offices), the 1st installment will be cashed in August 2021, the 2nd at the end of November 2021 and the 3rd installment at the end of February 2022. The reimbursement of the matches concerned will be automatic at the beginning of the following month at the latest. The first reimbursements will take place at the end of September 2021.
  • If the season tickets have been retrieved at the ticket offices of the Meinau stadium, by Bank Card, Cash or Cheque, the refund will be made in two installments: January 2022 (for the matches of the 1st part of the season) then June 2022 (for the 2nd part of the season matches).

The Meinau Stadium labeled Safe & Clean

The “Safe & Clean” label attests to the proper implementation of health measures facing the risk of Covid-19. Initiated by the APAVE, this label was awarded to the  Meinau Stadium and offers a guarantee of security to spectators as well as to the staff present at the matches during Racing’s home matches.

Apave supports companies and local authorities in controlling their technical, human and environmental risks. 200,000 companies and communities already trust it in France and around the world.
